Zhivko Zhelev is the founder and President of Academy of Success, leading the organization with vision and dedication since its establishment in 2012. As the main Project Manager, he oversees the entire project lifecycle — from idea development and proposal writing to implementation, coordination, and final evaluation.

With extensive experience in Erasmus+ and international cooperation, Zhivko has successfully led numerous projects and partnerships across Europe. Driven by a strong belief in the power of non-formal education and international mobility, he is committed to creating opportunities that inspire people, unlock potential, and make a lasting impact.

Project Coordinator and Financial Manager

Kristian Stefanov is a co-founder of Academy of Success and has been part of the organization since its very beginning. He is responsible for project coordination, logistics, and financial management, ensuring the smooth organization of activities and the proper implementation of all operational processes. With a strong sense of structure, reliability, and long-term commitment, Kristian plays a key role in maintaining high standards in project delivery and the sustainable development of the organization.

With a career rooted in the Bulgarian NGO sector, Ivalina has spent the last 5+ years turning the potential of the Erasmus+ programme into reality for young people. As a Project Coordinator and Youth Trainer, she specializes in the 'full-circle' project life cycle—from the initial spark of an idea in project writing to the energy of a live training room. Her work is driven by a commitment to social inclusion and media literacy, ensuring that today’s youth are not just participants, but active, informed citi
